Highly recommended group of people to work with!! Very responsive with any questions. The entire group made the process go very smooth. Eddie did his initial walk through before we listed the house told us what needs to be addressed to get the amount we were looking to sell for! Long story short it sold for what we wanted!

Eddie was great to work with! He’s very knowledgeable about the market, he listens to your wants and needs, and he makes things happen. We appreciated how honest and straight forward Eddie was through the process of finding a home and he kept our wants and needs at the top of the list of every home we sent him. He even told us “you won’t like this house” a few different times but always set up appointments if we were still wanting to check a home out. I love that honesty in this market! When it came to selling our own home, he was just as great with the knowledge and told us what to do to make a few more dollars! Overall, it was a great experience!
